Returns & Refunds

We get it. Sometimes you have changed your mind, sometimes the size doesn’t fit, or maybe you got tanned and you want something that looks like you just got back from the Bahamas! No worries, we got you!

Returns and exchanges/refunds have never been easier.

These are our terms for accepting a return:

  • Time: 30 days from the date you received your order
  • Condition: the original with all the tags and packaging

How can you return an item?

  • Let us know straightaway by creating your exchange or return in your etcetera. account.
  • Choose the reason for return.
  • Check the box to agree with our Return Policy.
  • Choose your preferred returns option.
  • Send the returns note either electronically at customerservice@etceteraoutlet.com or inside your return package (please think before you print).
  • Send it back to us using any of our returns options and keep the proof of postage.
  • For refunds, please allow 14 working days, from the day we received and inspected your order, for the funds to show on your account.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

Oh no! We are so sorry for that and we are a bit of ashamed, as we check all our products before, we lovingly send them to you. In the unfortunate case, though that you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at customerservice@etceteraoutlet.com and we will sort it out for you, immediately.



If you have decided you would like to exchange or return an item, please let us know as soon as possible. You have 30 days from the date you received your order to follow our returns procedure.

We will not accept any parcel after 35 days from the time you have received your order, so please choose wisely the method you choose to send your parcel back. If you try to return something back after the above criteria, we might have to send it back and ask you to cover the delivery costs.



Feel free to try the items you bought and make some nice mirror moves but, please do not wear them out and about.

For hygiene products, like earrings, underwear, swimwear or any item with (H) on their label, we are extra cautious on the returns’ procedure. All hygiene safety materials (strip or seals) must be in place without any indication that they have been removed or used.

We accept returns if the items are not damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, and if the items have all their tags in their original packaging sent to you.

Unfortunately, if they do not meet the above inspection criteria, we might have to send them back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.


Returns options

For your convenience, we have included a number of returns options for you.

  • Book your complimentary collection by calling +357 77 770727.
  • Send with your preferred postage method and pay the relevant fee.


Proof of postage

Keep the proof of postage so as to tick the box in our terms of 30 days returns from the date that you received your order. You are allowed to send it even the last minute before the 30 days come to the end, just make sure to choose wisely your return method, as we will not accept any parcel after 35 days from the day you received your order.

However, the returns parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us. So, please keep the proof of postage, in case you need to contact us about your return.
